The wagyu in this box is all Tajima wagyu that consistently grades in the top 3% of all beef sold in the United States. This all-natural beef is raised, finished, and processed without hormones or additives right here in Montana and is dry-aged in carcass form for a period of 14-21 days in a climate and humidity controlled cooler.

The pork we offer is not just any pork. It is a heritage breed and is raised on Montana family farms without antibiotics or added hormones, ensuring a healthier and more sustainable product. The hogs are never rushed to finish, are not crated, and have plenty of room to roam. The slower finishing process allows the pigs to mature naturally and develop a more complex, nuanced flavor.
